Peace House is in urgent need of coffee and kid snacks; two of the most requested items upon arrival at Peace House. Coffee must be K-Cup or K-Cup compatible and variety packs or bulk box size of cookies, granola bars, chips are preferred. A collection box is in the THS entry way.
Have extra pairs of eyeglasses and sunglasses sitting around home? Don't know what to do with them? Consider recycling them. Hope Alliance takes donated glasses and provides them to people so that they can clearly, some for the first time. Drop your glasses in the Hope Alliance collection box in the THS entry way.
If you knit or crochet, consider making a shawl for the Hineinu Committee to give to temple members who are experiencing an illness, recovering from surgery, or in a time of grief. Shawls can be dropped off at the THS.
